Here\u2019s what you are entitled to:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, even if you receive superbills from us.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">You are entitled to a written Good Faith Estimate at least one business day before your scheduled service. If your service is scheduled at least 10 business days in advance, we will provide the estimate within 3 business days. For services scheduled at least 3 business days in advance, the estimate will be provided within 1 business day.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling any services.
